Who we are

What we collect

• Information you submit in forms: name, email, phone, city/state, and any answers you provide.
• Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Basic technical data such as device, browser, and pages visited.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries, process registrations, and deliver programs you signed up for.
• To send event reminders, updates, and educational email you opted into.
• To improve the site and keep it secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share data only with vendors who help us operate: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Kit (email list), Google Workspace (records), and our hosting and database provider. Each processes data on our behalf.

Your choices

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@gridinvestor.com.

Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Records are stored in an access-controlled database, and payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.
